The moments following a vehicle accident can be stressful ones. After confirming the welfare of all people involved, follow these tips to help ensure you have all of the information necessary to submit your insurance claim:

Call police or other emergency agencies, if appropriate.
Report your claim as soon as possible by contacting the insurance company. Claim contact information is listed on the web page that proceeded this page.
Record the date and time of the accident.
Record involved parties' names and contact information.
Record a detailed description of the accident and damage.
Record the names and phone numbers of witnesses, if any.
Record the name, badge number and phone number of the police officer responding to your call.

In most cases, you should have a claim reporting kit in your glove box to coach you through this process. If you do not, please contact our office to request one, we will get it to you right away!
